A 6-week journey for leadership teams. We explain what matters, set up the tool that fits, test it with a selected group and report to management. Then you decide, and stopping is a clean option.

[ 01 — WHERE WE START ]
The questions we start with.
You may have some of these on your mind. Each is a good question, and the first meetings are for them.
What is AI, in terms I can make a decision on?
Which of the new words matter for me, and which can I ignore?
Which tool should we use, and who decides?
What do we already have, and where do we stand?
What will it cost, and what can go wrong?
What do I tell the board?
Nobody expects you to know this already.
By the end of the stakeholder meeting, you and your team use the same words for the same things.
[ 02 — THE JOURNEY ]
7 steps, and you decide after each one.
Timing is indicative and depends on diaries. Prices exclude VAT.

[ 06 — QUESTIONS ]
Before you book.
Can I ask basic questions?
Yes. The stakeholder meeting is for decision makers only so that the questions can be plain. We agree what the words mean and explain which concepts matter for your decisions and which do not.
Do I need to understand the technology?
No. You need to understand the decision: what it costs, what it risks and what it changes for your people. We translate everything else.
How long does it take?
About 6 weeks from the first meeting to the management handover, depending on diaries. The workshop takes place on site, the follow-up follows after about 10 days, and the report about 1 week later.
Can we book the advisory on its own?
Yes. The advisory is complete on its own. You receive the assessment, the plan, the strategy, the policy and the tool recommendation whether or not you continue, with no commitment to the next step.
Can you build on a trial or a tool we already use?
Yes. We review what you tested next to your current priorities and today's options, then continue with the tool that fits. That may well be the one you already have.
Which tool should we choose?
That is part of the advisory. It looks at Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude against your priorities, data considerations, expected costs and available reporting, and ends in a written recommendation. You choose, and we configure it.
Who takes part in the proof of concept?
A selected group, chosen with the stakeholders, of up to 20 people who normally work with one agreed tool. Content is adapted to roles and starting points, and beginners are welcome. A small group keeps the cost low.
What if we decide to stop?
Then the tools are removed, the status quo stays and there is no lock-in. You keep the assessment, plan, policy and report from the steps you completed.
What will my board see?
A detailed report, walked through in a 30-minute handover meeting about 1 week after the proof of concept: what was tested, what people did with it, what it cost and what we recommend. Side-track projects come with regular status updates in plain language.
What does it cost?
The advisory is CHF 1,900, the workspace setup CHF 590 once and the proof of concept CHF 2,900 for the first group. All excl. VAT. Travel and software costs are confirmed in your proposal, and the intro meeting carries no obligation.
What does the rollout cost?
On site, each additional group costs CHF 1,590, up to 20 people. Larger online events without hands-on are quoted on request. You can mix both, team by team.
What is not included in the prices?
VAT, travel and software or usage charges, which we confirm in your proposal. Optional 1:1 sessions, additional technical work, side-track projects and rollout support are quoted separately.
What happens with our data?
You decide, tool by tool. We classify your data first: what may go to a provider, what stays in your cloud region, what stays inside. Business terms of the main providers generally exclude training on your data, but terms differ and change, so we read them with you and write down the result. Your IT, security and compliance teams get the material they need to say yes.
Does this make us compliant with data protection rules?
The advisory covers data privacy and sovereignty and gives you a policy tailored to your company. It does not certify compliance, and legal interpretation stays with your counsel.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us what the board is asking for and what you have tried. We say plainly where to start.
